We begin by taking a few minutes to arrive, get comfortable, and settle into the space together.
We review group expectations for safety and support, followed by brief, optional introductions so everyone knows what to expect.

Understanding the Stress Cycle
You’ll learn a short, practical overview of how stress builds in the body, why emotions get stuck, and what helps them move through.
Preparing for Release
You’ll write down thoughts or emotions you’re ready to let go of on glass bottles, turning internal overwhelm into something tangible.
In the smash room, you’ll break bottles in a controlled, therapist-guided way while practicing intentional emotional release.
Guided Emotional Release
We transition to a calm space to learn and experience regulation skills that help complete the stress cycle and support your nervous system in settling.
Regulation & Reset
The experience is structured so you don’t leave activated, but calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again.
