You want to feel better, I want to help you get there. Anxiety is a bitch. Thoughts pop up at the most inconvenient times, and ‘just relax’ is a joke of a suggestion. We will work together to identify the thoughts that keep you up at night and find ways to prove them wrong. When we can identify the annoying anxious thoughts, we can start to gain some distance between the thoughts and ourselves. Something super helpful to know is that having scary thoughts is not a reflection of your true intention or desire to be a loving parent.
